Weld RE-5J is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all. Our ongoing digital accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA criteria. Process for Requesting Redress
Our school district is committed to providing accessible information and communication technology (ICT) for all individuals with disabilities. We understand that there may be instances where you encounter inaccessible digital content. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or other digital products due to a disability, we encourage you to file a Redress Request.
How to File a Redress Request
There are several ways to file a Redress Request:

What to Include in Your Request
A brief description of the inaccessible content or feature.
The specific web page URL (if applicable) or the name of the digital product you encountered the issue with.
A description of your disability and how it prevents you from accessing the information.
Your preferred format for receiving the information (e.g., Braille, audio recording).
What to Expect After Filing a Request
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten business days. We will then work to identify and address the accessibility barrier. You will be contacted by the Technology Accessibility Coordinator to discuss the issue and provide you with an estimated timeline for resolution.
