HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) is a student-led organization for high school students interested in healthcare careers. It provides opportunities to explore the medical field through competitions, leadership, community service, and hands-on learning experiences. Members can compete in a variety of health science events and have the opportunity to advance to the State Leadership Conference (SLC), where they showcase their skills, connect with other students, and potentially qualify for international competition. HOSA helps students build professionalism, teamwork, and real-world skills for future careers in healthcare.

The Interact Club is where leadership meets action and students turn ideas into real impact! The Roosevelt Interact Club is a student-led service club sponsored by Johnstown Milliken Rotary that brings together motivated, big-hearted students who want to make a difference—both in their school and in the community. Whether it’s organizing Hunger Heroes, leading volunteer PTO projects, supporting local events, building relationships with fellow members, Interact members don’t just talk about change… they make it happen.

FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) is a student-led organization that brings students together to grow in their faith, build strong character, and support one another. While it often connects through sports, FCA is open to all students and focuses on leadership, teamwork, and living out positive values both on and off the field.
